1. My main goal is losing weight; secondary, to quit eating emotionally
2. Slowly, but surely, I'm getting there
3. I'd be going a little faster if I'd get my lazy hiney out there and exercise!
4. I like the daily topics that are posted. They help me think about myself beyond the need to lose weight.
5. Just checking daily helps me a lot.
6. I don't have any ideas today. If I do later, I'll email you!
7. Why is it so darned easy to stay in your ruts when you are miserable being there?
