Prospecting Calls 2 x 5

There's the Economy and there's your economy.  Let's work on your economy.  Once you start making prospecting calls consistently, you will have so much business you won't have time to watch the b.s. in the news anymore.  Your energy will be up and you'll be so busy that you will stop making the calls that got you so busy. 

 

2 x 5 = 2 hours a day 5 days a week must be for making prospecting calls.  For mortgage brokers, we're calling on realtors, attorneys, and other professionals to refer people who need financing.  For realtors, you're calling on past clients, farms, other professionals, your sphere of influence to refer buyers and sellers to you.

 

This is a support group for agents and lenders who are in different stages of their business.  The primary way to take your business to the next level is to make those calls.  Just frickin' do 'em.

 

Let's support each other to do what really is our number one job:  prospect and get the word out and remind people you're there for them.

 

To Us:  Real estate professionals who work hard with integrity, speak the truth, know what they're doing and prospect because there's no one better out there to be involved in a transaction.

So, tomorrow, I am starting officially a new 30 to 90 day challenge to prospect for 2 hours 5 days a week.  I have some ideas and I'm receiving some coaching and support from people who know how to create huge success in the real estate/mortgage industry.  

 

The key is to make those prospecting calls.  But, we'll also use this forum to talk about and support each other with ideas on growing your business as the leads and deals start flowing in.

 

Right now, we just need to pick up the phone and call people.  And why you're at it, ask for the business.  But, build relationship first.

 

Tomorrow, I am prospecting to people (realtors and prospective clients) I need to follow up with.   I just need to either set an appointment or check in with them and see if they need me and my services.  I'm here to serve.

 

Writing this is making me excited.  Why? Because I've been making these prospecting calls for the last two months and my pipeline of deals has tripled from 3 to 9 and the leads are arriving more consistently.
