Quitting Smoking

If you're ready to quit smoking, or just thinking about it - this is the place for you!  If you've successfully quit smoking already, share with everyone what worked for you.  This is just a place to post about your experiences, ideas, thoughts and anything else that may be relevant for people trying to kick the habit.  Even if you've never smoked, addiction is an experience we can all share, and a topic that can be universally understood.
