I think its all about how you notice little things in your life. Before they get bigger. Most people I think only know when there is big dent. But if you see everything early before they become a real issue then you can have a almost pefect life.
So I say pay close attention to everything tahts goes around at work at home with friends , neighbours etc etc and go with the flow.
