Where's my mojo?!

Hi all, quick question for anyone out there.

Has anyone ever experienced this before-I am doing my toolbox daily (the reading, listening, exercises) but seem to be unable to apply the daily checklist, and incorporate it into my life.

I just seem to have lost any willpower. I drift through my days in a fog.  I've lost my mojo, my momentum!

Not at all.  I am really enjoying the program so far, but like you, part of me is fighting it and wanting to stay the way I was.  However, I just have to keep focused and remember that years of unhappiness have led me here, so I have to see it through.

Hi Restless.  Great question.  You need to write down a goal you want to accomplish.  Then you need to focus your energy on achieving that goal.. Once you have a goal and a list of chores to do to achieving that goal, YOU WILL BE ABLE to apply and incorporate the daily checklist into your life... GO FOR IT.

Thank you, for your reply. I was honestly beginning to think that this particular...inertia, for lack of a better term, was unique to myself only.

I've used this inertia to rationalize and excuse my way out of doing the very things that will help me heal and make progress.

I DO have goals, small and large. But both categories seem so far away and unattainable.

(sigh) Much work to be done I do believe. Anyway, before I get wwayy off track, thanks again for your response. Helped me to know I'm not alone.Laughing
