Hi Restless.  Great question.  You need to write down a goal you want to accomplish.  Then you need to focus your energy on achieving that goal.. Once you have a goal and a list of chores to do to achieving that goal, YOU WILL BE ABLE to apply and incorporate the daily checklist into your life... GO FOR IT.

Thank you, for your reply. I was honestly beginning to think that this particular...inertia, for lack of a better term, was unique to myself only. 

 

I've used this inertia to rationalize and excuse my way out of doing the very things that will help me heal and make progress.

I DO have goals, small and large. But both categories seem so far away and unattainable.

 

(sigh) Much work to be done I do believe. Anyway, before I get wwayy off track, thanks again for your response. Helped me to know I'm not alone.Laughing
