I have a question about the day 13 excercise.
We're asked to write three things we're afraid of. Then what we would do different if we didn't have these fears. My fears are not so tangible.
They are..
Fear of dying
Fear of loosing my job
Fear of not having enough money to retire
Then next part asks what we would do different if we didn't have these fears.
I have no idea what I would do...I think these fears are kind of healthy.
I can see how this exercise would work if one of my fears was some kind of socail phobia. The thing I would do differently would be to be more social and outging.
Any suggestions.
