Wired Weird

I felt weird all of my life. Never felt like I "fit in". I've recently discovered that I have ADD. Actually, I suspected it for a long time. I'm also a VERY kinesthetic and auditory learner. Visual is only a tiny portion of "how I do myself". I need to talk about things to get to how I feel and to learn what's going on with me. Not sure if that has anything to do with any of the other stuffs I've writen but... I'd love to meet with other people and talk about successes in life and business USING our "wierd wiring". So, if you've struggled and found ways to succeed, let's talk. If you are feeling challenged and need support. This is not a gripe room. It's not a "woe is me" room. It's for proactive people who want to do better, feel better, be better today than they were yesterday Reading a book that is making a difference in your life? Share it. Learning a new "technique". share it.

All the Acronyms - added: 2008-04-04 14:01:19

I noticed that a lot of acronyms and abbreviations are thrown around this site. How do people feel about their essence being boiled down to a few letters? I came to this site because I found out I qualify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) but I don't feel like that's the be all, end all of me. Plus »

Concentration / Focus - added: 2007-08-21 00:00:00

Hi all, I've had concentration issues for most of my life and it's really been only recently that I've started to tackle the problem. I know I can concentrate and focus on something that interests me, but when it's something that does not I regularly visit procrastinationsville ! There are a few thi »

Love the group name! - added: 2007-07-14 00:00:00

I love the group name - caught my eye immediately. My doctor and I suspect that I'm A.D.D. but it's hard to tell because I'm dealing with bi-polar disorder so yet another double-whammy. I'm feeling pretty stable now but realized that my life is a complete mess so I'm hoping this site will give me so »

Hiii! - added: 2006-11-12 00:00:00

It is so awesome to find a group that is opened to "weird" people. Now this was super weird of me: I do not have a disorder (that I know of) but I realized that this was something I can change. Wheww. It is kind of embarasing, but this is for the best. I looked at Coach Steel's profile one day out o »

Group Name - added: 2006-11-11 00:00:00

What a great group name. Love the look of it. As not only A.D.D but dyslexic as well, all of the letters are the same. lol. Thanks for starting the group. I would love it if everyone would introduce themselves. My name is Gwyn and I have always been a little strangely wired. I didn't know that there »
