moderator: lenny0624 For all of us who devote so much time to their work that we feel like we have little time to socialize and meet new people.
Please bring your experiences and ideas to the table, and lets get out and meet someone!
I really enjoy my job. I am not stuck in one place all the time. I get to see new places occasionally. It is the first place I have worked that I have been able to say that I could see myself retiring from this company.
Problem with all of that is I don't leave time for myself, it seems like my time is all for work. Even when I have a day off I am usually on call, so I have to stay available just in case they call me to work.
Any experiences or advice for myself and others with the same situation would be appreciated.
