I need to write my thoughts out and see them in front of me, that is when they start to seem real and I can ponder them and deal with what should be done. I type better than I write now, probably because I have been doing it for so many years. I need to do more writing and less 'just thinking' or I will never get on with healing. I have been a compulsive overeater for my entire life, grew up above the family business and there were no kids around so I never really learned to 'fit in' - always have felt like an outsider and spend more time alone than I should.
