Well this is my second attempt at TOOLS,  I did a couple weeks of it and was not happy with myself and how I hadn't changed.  So Im here to do it again and natuarally fight addidctions, depression, and focus on goals and relationships and what life has to offer in the future.  So please feel free to join my supprt group if you struggle with these issues and want to become the best happiest most successful person you can be
