I'm slow moving today but here is the list of what I intend to eat: fruit all morning asparagus crepe for lunch salad cauliflower soup rice salad vegetable juice I plan to spread this out pretty well. I'll post at the end of the day with how I did. Have a great one! »

Hi Doll I know exactly what you mean. So far today I've only eaten fruit, but I've had a few cups of tea and had a teaspoon of sugar in each one. I'm going to get some herbal teas and give them a go. Best of luck »

Since it's Tuesday I decided to start with day 2 found in the original book. I have been following this plan on and off now since mid 90's and every time I go back to it I feel so much better. Makes me wonder why I stray.???? Hope some of you find this interesting. Blessings, Doll »
