hi hows everyone? im 20 right now going on 21 here soon i am married and have a beautiful one year old. i smoke and want to quit any advice? i also have muscle weakness so its hard to do too much physical stuff too get into shape, but im trying. i just wanted to start a group where to talk bout anything and give and share advice. any humor humor is good too
