I have to be honest I am not in the marriage any more but I know what you are going through. I was a stay at home mom for 10 years and I really surpressed myself because of an verbally abusive husband. I have three beautiful girls that now have the verbal abuse from him and the horrible mind games. I am free and clear but they are not yet. Is there any advise for what I can do to help my girls?
