needing tp be less sensitive

I am starting this group because i feel that those who are overly sensitive should have a place to feel welcome without having to worry as much about others not understanding how hard it is not to cry when someone you care about is mad at you or for some other small reason. I am very sensitive check my profile to learn why.

I am so grateful that this group has been created. It's very lonely to be super sensitive in a not-so-sensitive world. I can relate to the comment about crying at the least little sign of disapproval from the outside world. In one sense, I value my sensitivity so it attunes me to the higher aspects of life, but in another sense, it is a curse, because it cuts me off from other people.
