Like you I am diabetic.  I have lost about 22 lbs in the last year, but am finding it so difficult to lose another 10 lbs.  It is so frustrating knowing that I will have to live with this forever!  I am thinking that is why I am a stand still in regard to my weight loss.  Any hints, encouragement?
