Milestones: How Does It Work? »
I didn't log in everyday; I'm not following the list all the way; and I know I can do better. I am still very proud that I have done this much. Because of Tools I can recognize my accomplishments and not dwell on the steps that I have not taken yet. Yahh - me! I really want to buckle down. W »

Made it to week four. Almost stopped myself from making an excuse. I realized right away and appoligized to myself and others around me and publically admitted it was my fault. It felt good. »

I have been walking or doing my step aerobic tape almost daily for 2 weeks now.I weighed myself today and am down another 5 lbs for a total of 40 lbs from my highest ever weight! I know I can do this, I can SEE myself doing it. »
