2 Weeks Down!!

 I didn't log in everyday; I'm not following the list all the way; and I know I can do better. I am still very proud that I have done this much. Because of Tools I can recognize my accomplishments and not dwell on the steps that I have not taken yet. Yahh - me! I really want to buckle down. W »

week 4

 Made it to  week four. Almost stopped myself from making an excuse.  I realized right away and appoligized to myself and others around me and publically admitted it was my fault.  It felt good. »

No Turning Back

 45 days completed!  Half-way there! Some anxiety, since I don't always log on every night.  But I want to continue.  Curious to see if I will train my brain enough to overcome fear and follow through on my choices. I know what I want, but I still hesitate. I am breathing deep »

Weight loss

 I have been walking or doing my step aerobic tape almost daily for 2 weeks now.I weighed myself today and am down another 5 lbs for a total of 40 lbs from my highest ever weight! I know I can do this, I can SEE myself doing it. »

Week 2

Completed Day 15

 On Both tools and Total Body Makeover, I have not made complete changes. But am changing things slowly but surely. Baby steps. My attitude has changed and I feel like I am getting 2 be a new and better me! »
