I have to admit i wouldn't have done this unless Coach requested. I'm actually two days behind but what I have been doing is continuing to use the checklist on the days that I miss. I have started to see some changes especially with energy levels in the morning. Talking to my "inner voice" on the »
I made it one week and i know i can finish the program just based on how i feel about myself and things i cannot control. I am committed to this and can't wait until the full results if I have this much so far. »
Well well, one week down. Man it seems like ive come so far already. I am so excited to see what changes are in the weeks ahead. I feel happier, more healthy, and more confident in myself. I'm so glad I decided to start Tools (after signing up 3 months earlier but never started), I really think this »
Its been 2 whole weeks. I think im done for good. still havent had a drink, which wasnt a problem before, except that i always smoke when i drink. ill write a break through when i drink without lighting up. »
Thought i posted week 2... oh well. This is a pretty amazing program. I know its working, I can feel it. Sometimes I'm in awe that its working the way it is. Really, Im always in awe of it. And Ive only been here 21 days. I cant even imagine whats at the end. »
