This past Tuesday I took the first step in trying to get my life and home in order. I went to a Psychologist to try and figure out why I have such a difficult time with clearing out clutter. Started new meds today to see if it is in fact OCD… time will tell. »
1) Bed book - I have plenty of Novels in my shelf book, this is no problem.
2) New knowledge I need to know - I will read Budhism Philosophy, Pra Tri Pidok (Bible of Budhism).
3) Magazine - I need to search for it, this isprobably about fishing, gun, weapon, horoscope, travel, business.

last July I have problem about heart and liver, so doctor suggests to loose my weight. I have diet control, eat less than before, and execute exercise every chance I have. Now I lose my weight from 72 kg to be 69 kg, that is great progress! My target is 65 kg! »
