Milestones: How Does It Work? »
Yesssssss !!! Today again is great day for me, my first week is done and I feel great. I just can't imagine how I will feel after 4 weeks. Improvements:1) good mood all day, every day2) better relationship with my girl and my collegues3) some of my fears are gone4) my vision »
Milestones, I am recording that I have tried to do everything to support my 100 day request of myself. So I need to report my day one, Getting Started Milestone. I want to lose 50 and I need to start, so this is my 1st Milestone. Cos I am sticking to my plan. Yeah. »

I really acted ugly earlier this week, and I often find myself using my illnesses as an excuse for bad behavior, but there's no excuse, and I'm really curtailing that behavior, with the help of this program. I can see results, and it's a very good thing. »
