Milestones: How Does It Work? »
Tonight I went to the gym for the first time since July. I did about 20 minutes on the eliptical (over a mile) and leg presses, plank, crunches, and that hip thing. I go to the gym regularly. »

Tomorrow, I will start waking up EVERY MORNING at 6:00 to get a head start on my tasks for the day. I figure now is a good time to wake up early because of the shift from DST. »
I've joined a cardio class and a yoga class, which I enjoy a lot. I bought myself a new pair of running shoes so I can continue my new hobby of jogging (not very fast mind you, but it's a beginning, which I am very proud of)! Week 8 was long for me, lots of material. I' »
21 days and still going.. I have learned so much about myself, how I function and how I think. Its been an interesting and sometimes emotional journey as I begin to realize that I am not a victim and have come to my place in life based on my choices and my responses to circumstance. I love that »
