Milestones: How Does It Work? »
I just completed Day 28 (Week 4)! I honestly didn't know if I could stick with TOOLS for so long when I started, and now the time has flown by so quickly! I'm so proud of myself for making it this far, and can't wait to see what else is in store. »
One week in the books, even though I don't feel completely different I can see these small steps will lead to huge life changes in the future. It feels good to have a great day everyday though! »
Oh wow!?? I did not ever think I would come this far in TOOLS!? But here I am! - on Day 28!
Now I have done 28 days - or - 4 weeks - or 1 whole MONTH! Same same, different name.
Great feeling. Since I start on a totally new period now (month 2), I will give myself some rest over the weekend.

Lookin good so far. Still getting a bit bummed out from time to time, especially at night, but overall I'm feeling pretty good. »
Woohoo! I just logged into TOOLS every morning for four days in a row, I am now on Day 5 since re-beginning TOOLS. I am so glad I have chosen to do TOOLS in the morning now, after breakfast, it is the first thing I do. Now I cannot run out of time for doing TOOLS, there is no need to pan »
So, today I finished week one. I have to say that I can see a small difference in myself. I haven't been 100% with the checklist but I am doing most of it and I can see the change happening. I am really looking forward to going on with the program. »
