Milestones: How Does It Work? »
It may be slow going, but I am completing Tools! (And after today's chapter, going slow enough to really absorb each chapter seems ok.) »
I did it!!!! my first 30 day fitness challenge is complete!!!! i worked out 3x a week and consiously ate healthy every day! I also drank 60oz of water daily!!! :) I feel trimmer and more toned! I have more energy and I am more confidant!!! I cant even imagine what I will feel like in 1 more month or »
I made it and i am enjoying it! I smile more! and i do it naturally :) I do not have to count now! »
Restarted Tools to Life, finished second week. I redo Tools, once a year to help keep me on track. »
Hey, I have completed Week 1! I feel like I am getting more out of it, and paying more attention, this time around. I am getting in the game! I am taking control! I am finding my opportunities! »
