Have lost 7 pounds

 Just have to celebrate that I've been following the no Sugar no Flour diet for at least 6 weeks now and have lost 7 pounds!  My goal for the week ahead is to stay on the diet, and do at least 2 cycling sessions, one yoga, and one or two body pump  classes at the Y.  »
