Milestones: How Does It Work? »
wow this is the first time i have actually followed something day by day. Its day 7 and i'm already thinking about a lot trying to take the opportunities that are given to me and smiling to make it a better day. »
I completed my first week of tools. It did take about 3 weeks, but at least I'm beginning to accomplish some things. I sometimes even get up like I want to. »
completed but with many difficulties. My milestone is that I'm learning to take distance, to not take things so personally, which disrupts many of my work relationships. I'll keep going and see where it takes me. Ko »

Its been a longer week than I expected (12 days), but I feel great, waking up with a smile and getting on with my day. Looking forward to the rest! »
