I have had a great week. I turned 35 and I Love ME more and more! I am proud that I am still in it to win it!! I have lost a solid 10lbs(feels awesome!)down to 208! Meditating/exercise/TOOLS. This is my 1, 2, 3 punch! Getting these done each day is improving my life tremendously. Thank you,ME. »
