Milestones: How Does It Work? »
Wow! I can hardly beleive seven whole weeks have gone by. My weight continues to slowly drop and my attitude keeps improving. I am seeing more opportunities opening up before me and I am definitely less fearful of jumping into them! »
Cool here I sit one week in and I feel great. It is a process and there will be and have been ups and downs but this is how life is. I am feeling now that the downs have opportunities as do the ups. I've just finished week four, and I'm finally starting to take control of my life in ways I couldn't have even imagined. I am grateful for this program and it's ability to cause real change in my life. »

Six weeks of tools done. I think this is the furthest I have ever managed to get in the program. I think part of it is accepting that I may not get to the computer every day to do tools, but I can keep the previous days checklist and work that until I am back to a place where I have computer access »

I cheated a bit and went to the store and did not buy any new soaps, I really like what I am using and am happy with it. I am sensitive to smells and chemicals and have been happy with either Ivory or some handmade soaps that I have picked up. I don't really want to add too much to »
I made it through week four and life is fabulous! Things that used to upset me aren't anymore - no need for them to because I choose my attitude! My weight continues to drop with my heathlier eating and increased energy. Happy dancing and starting on week 5! YAY! »
