Milestones: How Does It Work? »
Since I started this program I have gone three times to the gym to walk and run on the threadmill. And that is a cool thing.The milestone of once, that first time going back at it, and then twice and even a third time in a week ( ok. eight days,...) have been met! Pierre is supportive, v »

I made it 7 days in a row!It's all about a routine and planning. Like the Hulkster says"the training, the prayers, and the vitamins brother!".I'm feeling pretty good. Taking on the day as it comes, but also knowing I can change it is a good feeling. »
