Milestones: How Does It Work? »
Three weeks in a feeling fabulous! I have been working on my procrastination. Instead of saying "later", I am learning to just get the task done. I start another couple classes on Monday and I am organized and ready to go. I have even started in on the reading ahead of time! Much less stressful than »
well now that i have only 2 weeks left i wonder what i will do everyday when i get that excited feeling of...theres a toolbox day open for me to do, woohoo. Maybe i will do the course again! »
Week two is done. (YAY for shopping day!) Waking up is easier, and so is going to the gym in the morning! C25K is going well also as I get myself moving more! Next challenge - tackle my procrastination! »
Hey everyone, it's wilddaisy here, I just finished my first week of tools . I love to the program. »
I committed to doing the full tools program this time, and to really doing the "work" part of it. (I say "work" because I am finding it all to be fun - and not like work at all.) So, today is the end of my first week. It is amazing to me, how such a simple "I'm having a great day!" really can »
I have made it to week one I think it's my longest commitment yet! I hope to continue to complete the program to help change my life for the better :-) »
I've completed week one and am pleased with the progress I've been making. I have a long way to go, but I am going to finish this time and make these changes permanent. »
I have been pretty consistent in the past month in doing the tools program. I have been working hard and am determined to complete the program. It can feel challenging to remember and achieve everything on the checklist but I am doing my best and willing to keep going. »
