Milestones: How Does It Work? »
Well I have made it through day 7. It has been a tough week. My schedule at work changed and it has thrown my body into a tail spin but I have been working the Tools program faithfully. I can feel the changes in my attitude and other areas of my life. It feels good and I feel »
First week of sobriety down and it was the longest week of my life. but i learned alot about myself and how i react to situations when i am a sober i have to learn to deal with other people in my daily endevours, instead of turning to the booze. »
I completed TOOLS, but wanted to repeat it to cement all the great lessons I learned here, so I re-started the program. While I don't log in every day, I'm still progressing and doing the program on a much more aware level this time through. I'm even picking up little things I »
and rode it, even though it was pretty cool out! I haven't ridden a bike since I have been 19. It was so much fun! »
Got back to day 7, can't wait to get back to day 15. Life is good... did I really just say that??! Thanks to all here who have supported me and thanks to Coach Steele for providing this program! »
I love this program. I've lost weight, I feel good, and good things are happening all around me. I haven't had a drink since I started this program and don't know if I ever will again. I'm eating great food and learning how to cook some fancy stuff. I'm taking surfing lessons in »
