ah, finally I have completed 1 week and feels good. I have started my own personal chart and countdown for 90 days doing 4 main activities, one being the tool box. I need to check off all 4 activities before I can cross the day off as complete. To prevent me from being overwhelmed I have chunke »
Lots of heavy topics - but I've quit drinking and understand much of what it was a problem for me. I think the week was a good reinforcement to the changes I've already inacted in the last 4+ years. »
Still getting to the tools. Maybe the brave cat in my picture is a good avitar after all. We don't know what we can achieve until we try. »
After spending some time in the hospital I finally got back on track and finshed my second week. It's amazing how many excuses I tell myself throughout the week that I didn't even notice until I started to write them down. Week three here I come! »
Lots to do in Week 8. I kept on track and it's great to be done with another week. »
Tools has been great. I feel better and better about myself everyday. »
Indeed I have completed week 4. Here is my current status: 1) I have started using the gym at work and packing a healthy lunch three times a week. It feels really good. I realize I am out of shape but feel more fit already. 2) I have really stuck to the detox diet fervently »
I thought I hit the "bump" with Week 6 - but I put off and avoided the self made, self-helf tapes for months. I would regret that, but I don't want to indulge in the negativity. I am glad that I completed the week and I am back on track to completing Tools to Life one day at a time. »
