I RECENTLY CELEBRATED 18 MONTHS OF BEING CLEAN AND SOBER FROM DRUGS AND ALCOHOL. I HAVE GONE 1 YEAR WITHOUT MISSING A DAY OF WORK, I WAS EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER I JOINED AND COMPLETED AN ACTING CLASS - TODAY I AM GOING FOR MY FIRST AUDITIONMY LIFE IS TRULY BLESSED »

I weighed myself the other day and I am finally, after 13 years, back under 200 lbs. My friend asked me "What are you doing, other than stress?". I answered him "Changing my entire life!". I am eating less (no more comfort eating) I am doing more, eating better things and drinking less alcohol more »
Well it's been over a month and haven't smoked at all. Well.....not quite. I did smoke a cigar....and it's won't be my last but The pack a day habit is gone and that was the part I wanted to stop. I can have an occasional cigar and enjoy it just like I can have an occasional drink and enjoy it more »
