Milestones: How Does It Work? »
Bike Ride, pretty good pace. Not far. Still, got it done. I fell several months ago and hurt my back. The MD said because I was too tense when I fell! I've fallen many times on that bike and never hurt myself, before. So to be riding again is good. But stretch first! »
Yesterday, for the first time in 8 months, I managed to put on my size 9 jeans again. OK, I had to suck it in, and unbutton them when I had dinner, but I wore them! »

Finished week 6. And I got alot more done this week. Only had the tv on a couple of times because I'm too busy doing Tools to watch it. And following my fitness program I lost 2 pounds this week. »

Last night I tried to run but my knee hurt, so I didn't even get a mile in. I was frustrated and mad and upset, so my first inclination was to go buy a bag of Smarties to comfort myself: after all, if I could no longer run, who cares if I ate a bunch of candy, I might as well give in.  »

Its been one week today since I started going back to the gym. I started last Thursday and I gone to the gym or did a workout at home everyday since then. Its become a habit and I really enjoy it, instead of dredding like in the past. Yippee P »
