still holding on

 I am so proud to say that I am still quit with the smoking(9 months). I am blessed. I have also had my operation for thyroids which was successful and now am facing the 2 nodules attached to my larnyx which the doctors say can be done by laser. I am praying for the strength,lol. I made it a full day

 I did pretty good yesterday, with only two smokes - but today was the first day in a really long time that I didn't have ANY cigarettes whatsoever.  I have been eating more, but finally found some hard candy which is a little better.  Even if I gain a few pounds, I'll feel so much »
