5k

 I ran a 5k this morning- Despite the downpour and opressive heat that followed! I've been training for about 1 1/2 months. I even did better than I expected from myself! I am as proud of achieving my goal as I am my fitness level. (after 2 years of slacking off)Today is a great day! »
