I completed 14 days... I bought two cd's on line and I danced... I lite candles and danced... it was so much fun... I felt so free.... »
I took a chance and met up with an old friend who was talking to me about how much she liked swimming. I like swimming too, so I asked her to go swimming together. And today, we swam together at a local pool. After the swim, we walked her dog for a few blocks. It felt great »
