6 weeks completed

 It's taken awhile, but I have reached week 7!  Although my life is far from perfect it has improved dramatically.  I catch myself using alot of what I have learned so far to help others as well.  I still have bad days, but it takes far less time to turn them around again and see t »

Stairs

 I climb 9 or 10 stairs yesterday. That is the first time in over 10 years I was able to climb even 3 or 4 stairs. When I got to the top I was not winded or sick but in shock that I did it. »

Finished week one!

Week 2 completed!

 I can't believe I have completed 2 weeks of Tools! Yay!  This program is really helping me to take big strides in my life, fairly quickly.  I've been doing more things to take care of myself, and find myself reducing my anxiety levels.  I'm excited about my future, and what's in store »

Week 3 - Finished!!!!

 Can't believe that I have finished week 3!  I may have been delayed a day or two, but each time I picked up where I left off and finished the work and exercises.  i may not have completed every single thing on my checklists each day, but I've mostly everything and I see improvement.  »
