Milestones: How Does It Work? »
I just finished week one. I have been wakeing each day at 6.30 am and going on a walk. I have been promising myself I would do this for three years and now I have and will stick to it. I feel good and also happy with myself for making the commitment to do Tools. »
I've managed to overcome inertia, outside pressure and feeling I didn't have enough time and have now finished week one. All I need to do now is just continue day by day and eventually I will have completed the whole course. »
I have made it through week one. Been a learning experience. I am glad I have a travel toothbrush and some toothpaste, but have to get more today to have one at work too. I did have the lufa and soap, not scented but that is not my game. Keeping clean is. I am goin »
Im actually proud of myself for doing this every day for a week straight. So many times for other things I found it easier to "do it later" or just go back to bed. Im actually setting time away to do my tools. Like this morning I had to wake up extra early because Im going out of town »
Got a week down. It hasn't been overly hard with exception to the exercises portion. I often find myself at a loss on what to respond to what Im being asked. The last two days though I have had no issues with completing the exercises portion and I feel good about it. Throw »
