Down .6 of a pound

 K its not a big loss, but in two weeks time I'm down 0.6 of a pound ... might not be big for some, but for someone who averages 2 pounds a month its good to me.That and my thys have grown, from 28 inches around to 30 inches around in just over a months time, chuckles and its solid muscle growth »

2 lbs

 I lost 2 lbs today on my weigh in day :)so thats cool. Think I finnaly figured out what my daily calorie defict is with all my working out and good thing is I get to eat more! :) »

Day 1

 Made it one whole day without smoking.  After smoking for 49 years, that's a milestone.Made it a month as a vegatarien and lost 6 lbs.Regestered for college...a dream I've had for years. »

Just passed the 40lbs weight loss mark

 Been doing WW for 27 weeks, and now have lost over 40lbs!  That means I'm loosing about a pound and a half each week, which was my original gameplan. Because its a marathon, not a sprint!  »

Switching to Diet Soda

 Yesterday I made the switch from regular soda to diet soda. This is my first step in losing weight. I am not a big fan of diet sodas but I know this a good start on losing weight and cutting back on my calorie intake. »
