I have been pretty consistent in the past month in doing the tools program. I have been working hard and am determined to complete the program. It can feel challenging to remember and achieve everything on the checklist but I am doing my best and willing to keep going. »
I have accomplished week 3. It's amazing how this program really makes you think about yourself. Some of the exercise questions I have completed took me a little while since the content were ones I have never thought to ask. It's enlightening, it's uplifting, and I am determined to keep going. »

I just completed week 1 of T2L. I have been using this program over the past couple of years and never fully completed it. I made the decision to start again at the beginning and made it through all of the commitments and completed my checklist each day. I also was smoke free and sober another day!
I just finished Week 1. I am restarting the TOOLS program after a three year absence. I am successful in logging in and participating in all the activities on the checklist.
I particularly liked Day 7 Shopping Day as this gave me the opportunity to buy shower gel and feel nice. »
