Milestones: How Does It Work? »
I've completed week one and am pleased with the progress I've been making. I have a long way to go, but I am going to finish this time and make these changes permanent. »
I have been pretty consistent in the past month in doing the tools program. I have been working hard and am determined to complete the program. It can feel challenging to remember and achieve everything on the checklist but I am doing my best and willing to keep going. »
I have accomplished week 3. It's amazing how this program really makes you think about yourself. Some of the exercise questions I have completed took me a little while since the content were ones I have never thought to ask. It's enlightening, it's uplifting, and I am determined to keep going. »
So today, I am completed week 2. This is the first time doing the tools program where I have been consistent. I am more determined to complete the program and I am looking forward to doing some shopping for music! »
Everyone may know the feeling you have when you make a promise to yourself and never keep them. At first you can feel disappointed but when it becomes more common you let more things go. I just completed week 1 of T2L. I have been using this program over the past couple of years and never fully completed it. I made the decision to start again at the beginning and made it through all of the commitments and completed my checklist each day. I also was smoke free and sober another day! »
I just finished Week 1. I am restarting the TOOLS program after a three year absence. I am successful in logging in and participating in all the activities on the checklist. I particularly liked Day 7 Shopping Day as this gave me the opportunity to buy shower gel and feel nice. »
Made it SLOWLY to week 8, but I got here... and I am still doing it! I have fallen off the road, but having started to notice the difference in my life, I am jumping straight back on, its no fun being miserable! »
My job is great! I love what I do, finally in my life something that I actually love to do and I get to help people on a daily basis. I knew I was meant for something more - Lightworker.
