I've gone 11 days with no alcohol and finished my first week of tools. »

I just finished day 21. Feel a good today. I think the biggest milestone that I have past lately is putting a unhealthy relationship to rest. I love this women very dearly and we have a lot in common but it was dragging me down and not healthy for me to continue. I has taken a lot of courage to move »
I feel happy that I completed week 1 in tools to life. Moreover, I've started a new daily routine, getting up early and doing 1 hour exercies and yoga each day which make me feel really good. I had a problem with the motivation before and now I feel uplifted. »
