YES - Made it to week 5.
Finding that I am less stressed out, and actually have slowly started to sleep better! Days are not as bad as they were, and actually with my attitude being my decision, I decide to make it a good one every day! Dont even argue so much at home! »
Well it's been over a month and haven't smoked at all. Well.....not quite. I did smoke a cigar....and it's won't be my last but The pack a day habit is gone and that was the part I wanted to stop. I went over a week with no drinks. I can not remember the last time that has happened. I felt great and more focused last week. It even caused me to log back into tools wich I have not done in months. I need to make myself some rules so I don't fall back into the drinking all the time rut. I was def »
