Milestones: How Does It Work? »
Well considering we just passed the holidays and there has been alot of eating and drinking I think i have done pretty well this first week!! usually i get drunk over christmas and i stayed sober :) :), so that is great!!! »

And then had 2 real tough days with my "EX" before she left the country for the holidays, I neglected this program and it was a bad thing, I am now 3 days behind and did not have this whole thing e »
I am at the end of week 1 and am keeping up with my comitments pretty good. I am not eating as much as I should be but the food going in is pretty healthy. The tough one right now is trying to get my sleep patterns straight, I have always had a problem with that and think I may start taking melaton »

I just finished my forst week of Tools and man, am I noticing a difference. I feel better, anm getting out of bed on time, I have a better relationship with my best friend/ex-wife. Life in general has been more positive and I am happier right across the board. I find myself smiling for no appara »
today i completed my 4th week with TOOLS i am starting to use the slow down tool and the pro active intead of RE active tools. i have made a new goal to wake up every weekday at 5:30am and exercise first before i get ready for work. That way i dont make the excuse NOT to go after work.&n »
I finished week one and feel better already. I am taking control of my life and can't wait to start week two tomorrow. »
