should you eat before you exercise. Lets say you get up extra early to exercise do you eat first and then exercise or do you exercise then eat and either way how long to wait after you eat of after you exercise before you can eat. »

Whenever I start taking a mulitvitamin, I get very severe headaches starting about 3 days into the regime. Someone has suggested it could be related to niacin.Has anybody heard of this? Any help would be very much appreciated. Ellen »
