I have the LUXURY of not having to set an alarm clock. I am a freelancer and can basically work whatever hours I choose, so I sleep until I wake naturally. My understanding is that this is really the healthiest way to live (if you can get away with it). Therefore, I never do items 1 »
i find it really difficult and my inner voice is not quite loud enough...i forget things like...10 minutes to do something nice for me...like clean. or even tho i have my tooth brush...i don't do it or i forget my purse when i go to the RR. i am doing the water...and the positive thinking...but »

I don't get it, am I supposed to print out the checklist every day? cause that would be a huge waste of paper, they only add one or two things every day to it. Does anyone know? »
