Michael Laurance Tools to Life Self Help Life Coach
Michael Laurance was born and raised in New York to first generation Americans. He graduated from the United States Military Academy where he studied Nuclear Physics and Engineering. Michael served with distinction as an Infantry Officer in both the United States and abroad, taking part in several large-scale deployments. He was the first member of his family to graduate from college.
Michael left the Army after six years of service, and sought out a career in the Financial Service Industry. For the past fifteen years, he has excelled at leadership, innovation, and problem solving for large and hugely successful international finance firms including Fidelity Investments, Citigroup, and Capital One. He is currently a Vice President with Wells Fargo.
A key contribution throughout Michael's career has been the coaching and development of his team members. Highly active in recruiting, he has reviewed over 15,000 résumés, conducted 5,000 interviews, and hired over 1,000 professionals.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas. His professional travels have taken him from coast to coast in the USA. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife and two daughters.
