Rock SolidRock Solid When we make a commitment we have to follow through and do what we say we are going to do. If we do not follow through with our commitments, we then turn commitments to another powerless word. Then commitments have no power just like goals. When we learn how, we then can achieve anything while increasing our happiness now.

Unless we want to do something, sticking with it is doomed from the on start. We need to develop an attitude of wanting to create the change we claim we want. When we want to, nothing can stop us! We are so used to setting and not accomplishing goals, that the goals we set are powerless over us. We fail before we begin with a mental approach of not believing that we will follow through. We need to learn a new way to think about objectives so that we can create the changes we want. It is time to learn "Commitments." |

Slow DownSlow Down One of the most effective Tools a person can use, is the simplicity of slowing down. I call this the power of "Pause." It is when we pause that we can become conscious of what choices we have. Unless we pause we revert to our impulsive, reactive and automatic behaviors that always give us the same results. Unless we can slow it down and pause, we can not create change. Learn to slow down and the changes you want will speed up. |
Thought DetectiveThought Detective In order to find the cause behind why we are limiting ourselves, we need to find out how we are thinking. We need to catch the automatic thought which starts the process and leads us in the wrong direction. We need to become a thought detective, catch the thought, put it on trial and overrule it. Then we can replace the negative self limiting thought with a new thought that will promote positive behavior and feelings.
