Fire Your Goals - PFR Day 3Fire Your Goals - PFR Day 3
Today we are going to fire our goals. That's right, "Fire our goals!" Face it, we have made countless goals in our lives and have not achieved most of them. If something is not working, then it is time for it to get fired.
At the end of the day, it doesn't matter if you write your goals down, if you use a goal tracker tool, or any other method, if you are not committed to get the results you claim you want, you won't follow through.
It is time to get committed and real start creating success in our lives. Fire your goals and get committed. |
Patience - PFR Day 2Patience - PFR Day 2
We all want to change our weight, get in shape, make more money, improve our jobs, get into or improve a relationship, move past addictions and more. We should want these things, and we should achieve them.
Where we are in out life did not happen overnight. We created our current situation over time and it will take time to change. What we need to do is develop the behavior that over time will create the changes we want. Instead of trying for big quick change, let's develop the thought process that will lead to he change we want and maintain it. Be patient, trust, do and the change you want will happen. |
Intentions - PFR Day 1Intentions - PFR Day 1
Are your intentions aligned with your desire to create change? Already on day one you are going to resist doing the exercises. Your old behavior will fight the change in thinking. That is why this is call a "Revolution." You need to revolt against your old patterns and follow through. You need to set your intentions on really creating success. If you do, you will get "it" and the result will be you can change whatever "it" you decide. |
