I agree - the word "hate" is a word I strongly dislike. Words have power, and that is one word I don't like to give power. I've trained myself (and my children) to avoid using that word........ ABMe

I just listened to this today and I really loved the story of the people on the plane, amazing that you turned around the viewpoint of one man and had him happy and calm waiting for his delayed luggage.  What a transformation, just by focusing on what you love in life, and what you were travelling to New York for.  I love that.  Next time I am delayed or frustrated with anything, I will think about what it is I love, and what I am going to do later that I love, and then things won't seem so bad.
