This was good I am going to make a list of the things that I have been avoiding and work on the list daily. I may even start an anti procrastination challenge where I can tick off for 30 days how many things came off the list.
So many good tools in this one. I paid for a book on procrastination, that didn't even cover the tips in todays podcast. This information works when we take it as our own and develop personal ownership of the actions and necessary emotions required. Thanks much Devlyn.
