Daily Podcast December 20, 2008 "Happy New Year Exercise"

Happy New Year Exercise. Every year the two busiest days in the gym is January 1st and 2nd and the within three weeks it's all back to normal.  We get in to these cycles year after year. Today instead of following this patter we are going to get resolved to get in, stay in and live in shape every day.
