Break It Down: We are at the start of the year and we can end up at the end of this year with real change. Let's look at what we want to accomplish and break it down. Break it down into daily steps. Make those daily steps and the Law of Accumulation will work for you and you will get the results you want.

Since you mentioned Bill Murray, another one of his movies is "What About Bob?" The movie makes fun of psychiatry and starts out with "Bob" saying affirmations to himself out loud as he walks down the street to see his new psychiatrist. (Sound familiar?) In order to get rid of Bob, the psychiatrist tells Bob to read his book and take small steps to overcome his phobias. Bob, of course, literally takes small steps, but in the end, the small successes, along with support from the doc's family, add up to help Bob become more self-confident and happier. Thought you might find it an interesting parallel to Tools.
